HueDiary Premium is an auto-renewing subscription service that unlocks the full HueDiary experience. By subscribing, you agree to the terms below.
Premium currently includes the following benefits, with more features added over time:
The exact set of features included in Premium is always visible in the in-app subscription screen.
New subscribers are eligible for a 7-day free trial the first time they subscribe.
To cancel during the trial: open Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → HueDiary → Cancel Subscription at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Your subscription will renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle, unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the period ends.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your iOS device:
After cancellation, your Premium benefits remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refund is issued for the unused portion of the cycle unless required by law.
Deleting the HueDiary app does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through your Apple ID Subscriptions settings.
All subscription billing is handled by Apple, and refund requests must be processed through Apple. HueDiary does not have the ability to issue refunds directly.
To request a refund, visit Apple's official refund page: reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple's refund policies and decisions are final.
We may change the subscription price from time to time. If a price change applies to existing subscribers, Apple will notify you in advance through the standard App Store mechanism, and you will have the opportunity to accept the new price or cancel before the next renewal.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the HueDiary Premium service or any part of it at any time. If we permanently discontinue Premium, we will provide reasonable notice through the app, and any prepaid but unused subscription period will be refunded in accordance with Apple's standard processes.
If you are a minor under the laws of your jurisdiction, you may subscribe to HueDiary Premium only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The guardian is responsible for reviewing and authorizing the subscription, and for the resulting charges.
These Subscription Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes arising from your subscription shall first be attempted to resolve through friendly negotiation; failing that, they may be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction in China.
